- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning)
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Optional toppings: avocado, jalapeños, black olives, extra cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Beef: In the same pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
