Description

A light, creamy, and irresistibly sweet strawberry fluff salad that doubles as a quick dessert or refreshing side dish. This easy recipe combines juicy strawberries, fluffy whipped topping, and soft marshmallows into a dreamy no-bake treat. Perfect for potlucks, summer gatherings, holiday meals, or when you need quick breakfast ideas, easy dinner sides, or fun food ideas everyone will love.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cottage cheese

2 cups whipped topping

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Let them drain well.

2. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature.

3. In a large mixing bowl, stir the cottage cheese until smoother in texture.

4. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract gently until combined.

5. Add the sliced strawberries and well-drained crushed pineapple, then fold carefully.

6. Add the mini marshmallows and mix gently so they are evenly distributed.

7. Pour in the cooled gelatin mixture and fold until the salad is evenly pink and fluffy.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Stir gently before serving if needed.

Notes

Drain the pineapple very well so the salad stays thick and fluffy.

Let the gelatin cool before adding it so the whipped topping does not melt.

For the best texture, chill the salad for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
