Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping divided
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated, then press firmly into a baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thick and creamy. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
4. Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pumpkin layer, smoothing the surface.
5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
7. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
Chill overnight for the cleanest slices and best flavor development.
Use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts for neat layered servings.
