Ingredients

200g Biscoff biscuits

100g unsalted butter melted

400g cream cheese

100g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

250ml heavy whipping cream

200g Biscoff spread

2 tbsp crushed Biscoff biscuits for topping

6 whole Biscoff biscuits for garnish


Instructions

1. Crush the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.

2. Mix with melted butter until combined.

3. Press into serving cups and chill.

4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

6. Whip cream to soft peaks.

7. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

8. Add filling over biscuit base.

9. Warm and pour Biscoff spread on top.

10. Garnish with crumbs and biscuits.

11. Chill for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.


Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for best texture.

Avoid overwhipping the cream.
