Ingredients
2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
16 oz cream cheese softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping or heavy cream whipped
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
1 package strawberry gelatin (3 oz)
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into molds and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
3. Add filling over crust and smooth tops. Chill 1–2 hours.
4. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add cold water, cool slightly.
5. Add strawberries on cheesecake and pour gelatin on top.
6. Chill 2–4 hours until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth texture.
Cool gelatin before pouring to protect layers.
Keep pretzel texture slightly coarse for crunch.
