Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken tenders

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic

1 large lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

0.5 teaspoon ground cumin

0.5 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels and trim if needed.

2. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

3. Add chicken and coat well, marinate 20–30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

4. Heat skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.

5. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes without moving.

6. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through.

7. Remove, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, rest briefly, then serve.

Marinating longer enhances flavor and tenderness.
