Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then dry them completely.

2. Slice the potatoes into thin, even rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.

3. Soak the slices in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch.

4. Drain and pat the slices completely dry with a towel.

5. Place slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil until lightly coated.

6. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then mix evenly.

7. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.

8. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

9. Cook for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

10. Remove and let cool slightly to crisp further.
