1 cup fresh blueberries

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2–4 tablespoons milk (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking dish.
2. Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
3. Mix oats or flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
5. Add milk if needed to adjust batter consistency.
6. Fold in blueberries carefully.
7. Pour batter into baking dish and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden and set.
9. Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
