Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare heart-shaped molds or liners.
2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. Whisk eggs, sugars, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
