1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

3 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, cut the broccoli into florets, and slice the bell peppers.

3. Slice the smoked sausage into thick rounds.

4. Add the potatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, and sausage to the prepared sheet pan.

5. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and toss everything together.

6. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the pan.
