Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

12 ounces green beans trimmed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large sheet pan.

2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread on the pan.

3. Roast potatoes for 10–15 minutes to give them a head start.

4. Mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken evenly.

5. Remove pan and place chicken alongside potatoes.

6. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add to the pan.

7. Roast everything together for 20–25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.

8. Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken and vegetables during the last 5 minutes.

9. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispy golden finish if desired.

10. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
