Ingredients

40 saltine crackers

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange crackers in a single layer.
