Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of cheesecake filling on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from wide end to tip, enclosing the filling.
