18 soft caramel candies

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

3. Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.

5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.

6. Chill the caramel candies briefly if they are too soft to handle.

7. Flatten portions of dough and place a caramel candy in the center.

8. Seal the dough around the caramel and roll into smooth balls.

10. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
