1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup shelled pistachios

2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon powdered sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper

2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty, then cool slightly

3. Whisk browned butter, honey, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract

5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt
