Ingredients

200 g Biscoff biscuits

1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled

250 g mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup Biscoff spread

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate crumbs

1/4 cup caramel sauce optional


Instructions

1. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely before using

2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form

3. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and Biscoff spread until smooth

4. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture gently

5. Dip biscuits briefly into coffee

6. Layer biscuits in cups

7. Add cream layer evenly

8. Repeat layers

9. Finish with cream on top

10. Dust cocoa powder and drizzle caramel

11. Chill for at least 4 hours
