Whether you’re searching for food ideas or a standout dessert, this recipe delivers bold flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate

150g unsalted butter

150g granulated sugar

100g brown sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

100g all-purpose flour

30g cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

150g Biscoff spread

80g crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.

3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until glossy.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla extract.

5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

6. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently.

7. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

8. Warm Biscoff spread slightly and drop spoonfuls over batter.

9. Swirl using a knife to create a marbled effect.

10. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.

11. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.

12. Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Do not overbake if you want a fudgy texture; slightly underbaked is better than dry.

Warm the Biscoff spread before swirling for smoother patterns.

Let brownies cool completely before cutting to achieve clean slices.
