A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet honey, crunchy pistachios, and tart cranberries. This no-cook appetizer is both elegant and effortless, perfect for entertaining or enjoying solo with your favorite bread or crackers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese (preferably in brine)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup pistachios (toasted and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cranberries (fresh, frozen, or dried and soaked)
  • Optional: pinch of zaatar or Aleppo pepper
  • Bread, crackers, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Add feta and cream cheese to a food processor. Blend until very smooth.
  2. While blending, slowly pour in olive oil until fully incorporated and the dip is airy.
  3. Toast pistachios in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes, then chop once cooled.
  4. If using dried cranberries, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  5. Spread whipped feta on a serving dish in swooshes with a spoon.
  6. Top with cranberries and pistachios.
  7. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle with zaatar or Aleppo pepper, if desired.
  9. Serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
