Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces rotini pasta

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional


Instructions

1. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally into thinner cutlets, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a separate pot, boil rotini pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.

6. Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until the sauce thickens. Use pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
