Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 cloves fresh garlic minced
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 lb rotini or penne pasta
Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Celery sticks for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until just shy of al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Pat chicken dry. Toss with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until golden and cooked through.
4. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and butter. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
