1 9-inch pie crust
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs

1 tablespoon bourbon (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare a 9-inch pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
