- 8 slices of bread (slightly stale or toasted)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dish – Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. Cut the bread into cubes or slices and layer them evenly in the dish.
