- 1.25 lbs ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (plus more for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, sautéed onion and garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, and any optional seasoning.
