Ingredients
2 cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping, divided
Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or fudge sauce
Instructions
1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a sealed bag.
2. Mix crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated and the texture resembles wet sand.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until fluffy and creamy.
6. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping to lighten the filling.
7. Spread the filling over the chilled crust evenly.
8. Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth out the surface.
9. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
10. Slice, serve cold, and enjoy! Add chocolate drizzle or toppings if desired.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps.
Don’t skip the chill time—this pie slices best when fully set.
Use a deep-dish pie plate to hold all the layers neatly.
