4 to 5 large turkey wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse and pat dry the turkey wings. Coat with olive oil and rub with all the seasonings. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Sear wings in a hot skillet with oil until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
