Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
4 oz brie cheese (cut into cubes)
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
8 sprigs fresh rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line with parchment paper.
2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares or rounds.
3. Press each piece gently into the muffin tin to form a pastry cup.
4. Add one cube of brie into each cup.
5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
6. Brush edges of the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden, and brie is melted.
8. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before removing from the tin.
9. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
Use cold puff pastry for best results; refrigerate again if it gets too soft while working.
Don’t skip the egg wash—it gives a lovely golden color and a crisp finish.
Assemble ahead and store in the fridge; bake fresh before serving for best texture.
