Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger bars (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips or 2 tbsp melted peanut butter (optional for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×9-inch pan. Chill in fridge.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold gently into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the chilled crust. Sprinkle in some chopped Reese’s and Butterfinger pieces. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and spread over the top of the cheesecake layer. Immediately sprinkle with more candy pieces.
  6. Drizzle with melted peanut butter or peanut butter chips, if desired. Chill for another 30 minutes until set.
  7. Lift bars out using parchment paper, slice with a warm knife, and serve!
