Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips or almond bark
1 1/2 cups caramel candies
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
1 tablespoon butter
Optional sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. Unwrap the caramel candies and place them in a microwave-safe bowl with butter and heavy cream.
2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the caramel is fully melted and smooth.
3. Stir in the salted peanuts until evenly coated and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature for 15–20 minutes or chill briefly.
6. Melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
7. Dip each cluster into the melted white chocolate or spoon it over the top.
8. Return the coated clusters to parchment paper and let them set completely.
9. Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets, if desired.
Notes
Allow the caramel mixture to cool slightly before scooping to prevent spreading.
Always use parchment paper to avoid sticking and simplify cleanup.
Store the candies in a cool, dry place to keep the white chocolate firm.
