Description

Crispy, savory, and full of pizza flavor, these Pizza Chips are made from melted cheese topped with mini pepperoni, olives, and herbs. A low-carb, crowd-pleasing snack that’s ready in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Pizza sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon mounds of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
  3. Slightly flatten each mound and top with mini pepperoni, olives, and a sprinkle of oregano.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  5. Let chips cool on the sheet for a few minutes to crisp up.
  6. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley, if desired.
  7. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
