Crispy, savory, and full of pizza flavor, these Pizza Chips are made from melted cheese topped with mini pepperoni, olives, and herbs. A low-carb, crowd-pleasing snack that’s ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Pizza sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 1 tablespoon mounds of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Slightly flatten each mound and top with mini pepperoni, olives, and a sprinkle of oregano.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Let chips cool on the sheet for a few minutes to crisp up.
- Garnish with chopped basil or parsley, if desired.
- Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
