- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (canned in juice or fresh, drained)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Optional: 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
