Ingredients
2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
Pinch salt
3–4 drops red food coloring
¼ cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk together. Stir constantly until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and salt.
4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface quickly.
5. Add a few drops of red food coloring and swirl with a toothpick to create a festive pattern.
6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly on top while fudge is still soft.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until fully set.
8. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Wipe the knife between each cut for clean edges.
Notes
For best swirl results, add food coloring while fudge is still warm.
Use high-quality white chocolate chips for a smoother texture.
If storing at room temp, keep in a cool, dry spot to prevent melting.
