Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
1.5 cups mini marshmallows
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Optional: 0.25 cup shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, or chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Drain the peaches thoroughly using a colander. If using fresh peaches, peel, pit, and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large mixing bowl, fold together the whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add vanilla extract and fold again.
3. Fold in the mini marshmallows gently to keep their fluffy texture.
4. Gently fold in the chopped peaches until evenly distributed.
5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors combine.
6. Before serving, optionally sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve chilled.
Notes
Chill ingredients before mixing to keep the salad thick and fluffy.
Drain fruit completely to avoid a watery salad texture.
Customize with pineapple, coconut, or chopped nuts for added flair.
