Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, eggs, and milk until just combined.
