Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz (225 g) linguine or spaghetti, cooked al dente

For Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and paprika. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat. Add cooked pasta and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs. Serve hot and enjoy!
