Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
For the Pasta:
- 8 oz (225 g) linguine or spaghetti, cooked al dente
For Garnish:
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and paprika. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat. Add cooked pasta and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Add cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs. Serve hot and enjoy!
