Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye or Sirloin Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz Penne Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Butter (divided)
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (or more, to taste)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and Cook the Steak: Season steak pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta: In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter, heavy cream, and penne pasta. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and creamy. Add splashes of water or broth if needed.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in red pepper flakes.
  4. Add Cheese and Steak: Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and combines with the sauce. Return cooked steak to the skillet and toss well.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
