Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in BBQ sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
- Add rotini pasta and stir to ensure it is submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, add cooked chicken back into the pot. Stir well to coat the chicken with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
