Juicy chicken coated in a smoky, sweet, and garlicky BBQ sauce with tender pasta cooked to perfection—all in one pot! Ideal for weeknight meals, comforting dinners, or even meal prep. Whether you need a quick lunch or hearty dinner, this dish has you covered.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in BBQ sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add rotini pasta and stir to ensure it is submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, add cooked chicken back into the pot. Stir well to coat the chicken with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
