Description

A creamy, spicy, and deeply satisfying one-pot meal, this Cajun Chicken Alfredo combines seared chicken, tender pasta, and a rich, garlicky Parmesan cream sauce—all spiced with bold Cajun seasoning. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower heat slightly, add butter and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add fettuccine pasta. Stir frequently and cook until pasta is al dente, about 10–12 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
  7. Return chicken to the pot and stir to combine. Let it warm through.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
