This No Bake Summer Berry Lasagna is the ultimate quick summer dessert. Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

16 oz whipped topping (divided)

1 1/2 cups blueberry preserves or pie filling

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into a 9×13″ dish and chill in the fridge.

2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.

3. Fold in half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over the crust.

4. Spread the blueberry preserves evenly over the cream layer. Sprinkle some fresh blueberries on top if desired.

5. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the blueberry layer, smoothing it edge to edge.

6. Top with fresh strawberries and remaining blueberries. Drizzle extra preserves if desired.

7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.


Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.

Always chill long enough to let layers set for clean slices.
