Turn your holiday table into a winter wonderland with these adorable No-Bake Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings! Whether you’re looking for a quick Christmas dessert, holiday party snack, or easy recipe to make with kids, this is the ultimate food idea for the season. It’s perfect for gifts, gatherings, or just fun baking memories—without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

4 cups puffed rice cereal

3 cups mini marshmallows

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup mixed dried fruit (like raisins, currants, cranberries)

100 grams white chocolate (for decorating)

Green icing or fondant (for holly leaves)

12 red candy balls or glacé cherries (for topping)

Instructions

1. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.

3. Whisk in the cocoa powder until well blended.

4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in puffed rice cereal and dried fruits until evenly coated.

5. Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape into small pudding-sized balls using buttered hands.

6. Place the balls on a lined tray to cool and firm up.

7. Melt the white chocolate in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

8. Spoon a little melted chocolate over the top of each pudding to resemble icing.

9. Decorate with green icing or fondant holly leaves.

10. Place a red candy ball or glacé cherry on top to complete the look.

11. Allow to set completely at room temperature or refrigerate briefly.

12. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Lightly butter your hands before shaping to prevent sticking.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly before handling but not so long that it hardens.

If decorating with kids, prepare all toppings ahead of time for easier assembly.
