Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 8 oz whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- 1 1/2 cups mandarin orange segments (drained if using canned)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in vanilla extract and orange zest.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Fold in the mandarin orange segments, reserving a few for garnish if desired.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
