Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin (Jell-O)
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Fresh orange slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the cooled gelatin, folding gently to create a marbled effect.
  6. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh orange slices if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
