Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts

Mini peanut butter cups, halved

Candy eyes

Small orange sprinkle candies or Tic Tacs

Optional colored sprinkles or mini chocolate chips

Parchment paper

Cooking spray or a dab of oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Break white chocolate into chunks and microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Spoon dollops of melted chocolate onto the parchment, shaping into uneven puddles.

4. While chocolate is still soft, press in half a peanut butter cup for a hat, candy eyes, and an orange sprinkle for the nose.

5. Add optional decorations like sprinkles or mini chips before the chocolate sets.

6. Let chocolate cool and harden completely (1–2 hours at room temp or 15–20 minutes in the fridge).

7. Gently break or lift bark into individual snowman pieces.

8. Store in an airtight container with parchment between layers to prevent sticking.

Notes

Use almond bark or candy melts as an easy alternative to white chocolate.

Have all toppings ready before spreading chocolate — it sets fast!

Skip the peanut butter cups and go nut-free with Rolos or chocolate kisses for hats.
