Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6–8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
