Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons maple syrup

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Dice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl with maple syrup, garlic, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.

2. Toss Brussels sprouts with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan and Cajun seasoning. Reduce to low once thickened.

4. Boil fettuccine until al dente, drain, and mix with Alfredo sauce. Add a splash of pasta water if needed for consistency.

5. Sear marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until glazed and cooked through.

6. Toss roasted Brussels sprouts with chopped parsley.

7. Plate fettuccine Alfredo, maple garlic chicken bites, and Brussels sprouts. Garnish with extra parsley or Cajun seasoning if desired.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan for a smooth and creamy Alfredo sauce.

Roast Brussels sprouts cut-side down to maximize crispiness.

If the Alfredo sauce thickens too much, add a splash of pasta water to loosen it.
