Ingredients

1 prepared graham cracker crust

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

1. If using homemade graham cracker crust, combine 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade concentrate until smooth.

3. Fold in whipped topping gently using a rubber spatula to maintain fluffiness.

4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Garnish with extra whipped topping or lemon zest before serving.

Notes

For stronger lemon flavor, add 1 teaspoon lemon extract to the filling.

This pie freezes well—just wrap tightly and thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

Homemade whipped cream can replace Cool Whip—use 1 cup heavy cream and 2 tablespoons sugar.
