Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic minced
1 inch piece ginger grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce divided
8 small soft tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup mayonnaise or creamy drizzle
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce. Mix gently.
