Ingredients

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

1 cup almond flour

2 large eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease it.

2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
