Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
(optional) 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
(optional) zest of 1/2 lemon
(optional) fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
Instructions
1. Trim excess fat and pound chicken to even thickness. Pat dry.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat chicken evenly with the seasoning mix. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
5. Place chicken in air fryer basket without overlapping.
6. Air fry for 9–10 minutes, flip, then cook 7–8 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
7. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
