Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 medium flour tortillas

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.

3. Lay out tortillas and add cooked beef and cheddar cheese to the center of each. Sprinkle parsley if using.

4. Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides to seal.

5. Brush rollups with garlic butter on all sides. Heat a clean skillet to medium and cook each rollup seam-side down. Rotate until golden and crispy on all sides, about 8–10 minutes total.
