Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
0.33 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
0.5 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating thoroughly.
4. Fry in hot oil (350°F) for 4-5 minutes per side or air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
